  • The Davis Scholastic Chess Club (DSCC) will be holding an in-person chess tournament this Sunday from 1:00 -4:00 p.m. We will conduct a lecture followed by the tournament. Prizes, trophies, pizza, drinks, and snacks are included.  Details are on the attached flyer. Please feel free to share with parents who may be interested in this opportunity.  Thank you!

  • Stomp Stomp! Our Da Vinci Dino’s are coming to show you their new businesses that they think would be successful in Davis. The seniors have been hard at work researching the current market, designing business plans, and working on their pitch to persuade you to invest in their business. Please join us to support our seniors for their very last Signature Project Night Event, Dino's Nest on April 22nd from 6-8pm at Da Vinci Charter Academy at 1400 E 8th St. Davis. 
  • Maintenance & Operations is recruiting Summer Custodians.  The position begins on June 13, 2022 through August 19, 2022, 40 hours/week, $15.48/hour.  The times will vary from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. based on the site you are assigned to.  Please email Teri Furlow at [email protected] for more information.
  •  Davis Senior High School Dance Team tryouts for the 2022-2023 school year, will take place from Monday, April 18th - Thursday, April 21st in person. Mandatory parent meeting for new dancers will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, April 12th at 6:00 p.m. Please contact Coach Pérez for questions and Zoom link. Coach Perez at: [email protected]
  • Calling All Gamers! Do you want to compete on the official DJUSD Raptors eSports Team against some of the toughest schools in the state? The team is currently looking for Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart (Nintendo Switch) and League of Legends (PC) players to join the squad for the upcoming Spring Season. 
    • Grades 9-12 are eligible to participate.
    • Tryouts will be held the week of February 14th. Official season begins February 21st.

  • Are you ready to spend your Friday nights cheering on the Blue Devils? Come join the DHS cheerleading team and show off your school spirit!  Try-outs for the fall will take place on April 29th, with clinics in April to help get your prepared. Game Day squads only practice one day a week through the end of football season, and competition team will compete through the winter season.  No experience is required, open to both boys and girls.  Email us at [email protected] for try-out information, or message us on Instagram @davischeerleading.  We would love to have you join our cheer family!

  • Attention Students and Parents: For the remainder of the Davis High Basketball season only digital tickets will be sold due to current indoor gathering restrictions. Tickets may be purchased online for the remainder of home basketball games on the DSHS Athletics Website.  Athletics Booster Club season passes will still be accepted. No tickets sales will be available at the door. Each game will go on sale at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the contest. 

    Students with DSHS ASB cards must pick up their free ticket from the Athletics Office. There will be 75 ASB tickets available per game. Tickets will be given to DSHS ASB card holders from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on game days. One ticket per DSHS ASB card holder. DSHS ASB cards will not be admitted at the door on the day of the event.

    Beginning November 16th testing will begin 30 minutes earlier.
