  • Angst is a film-based education program designed to raise awareness around anxiety, with an emphasis on youth and families. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, experts, and parents. The film helps people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourages them to reach out for help. Staff, students, and families are invited to participate in this event with our partners in the Sacramento area. Pick a time to watch the film and then attend the virtual panel so you can hear from local experts, including DJUSD Manager of Prevention & Wellness, Jennifer Mullin. You will be able to view the film once during the on-demand period of November 14-16. We will hold a live panel discussion November 17  at 6:30pm and include access to further resources and materials.  Click to register.  View the flyer.
